5 WordPress Plugins Nobody Told You About
The problem with good plugins is that most of the time nobody knows they exist unless someone tells you. I’m going to go over 5 plugins that I use on every WordPress website I work on.
1. AceIDE
I’m a huge fan of being able to do things right inside the dashboard. AceIDE is a code editor built right into your dashboard and is great for editing plugins and themes files because code is syntax highlighted.

2. WordFence Security & Malware Detection
WordFence is the swiss army knife of WordPress security plugins. It’s a web application firewall. It’s a malware scanner. It’s a brute force attack blocker. It’s everything you could ask for in a security plugin for WordPress. Installation is painless and setup is simple and straightforward and best of all, it keeps your website safe and secure from hackers and malicious intent.

3. Yoast SEO
If you want to really get noticed by search engines then you need a good SEO plugin. I install Yoast SEO on every single website I work on because it takes care of all the hard work when it comes to search engine optimization. It provides a meta box on your post and page editor screens that allows you to further customize your search appearance and also provides hints and tips for improving your content.
4. WP File Manager
Again, I’m a huge fan of staying inside the WordPress dashboard. The WP File Manager is a nice alternative to using an FTP client to manage your website files. The interface is familiar and you’re able to do pretty much everything you would need to with a file manager.

5. WP Rocket
WP Rocket is a commercially available caching system for WordPress. It’s on this list because most people opt for using the free WordPress cache plugins and don’t know it even exists. It’s the easiest to setup and the results are astounding. When I first installed WP Rocket I noticed instant results and I hadn’t even started to configure anything. Awesome! It’s super affordable too, currently $39 for a single site and $199 for unlimited sites.

Now that you know about the plugins on this list you can apply them to your own websites and reap the benefits.
